» Stack Unit

Stack unit is a mono printing unit without a reel stand. The stack unit can be mounted on roll stand (to make a mono unit) or 3 color Satellite unit (to print 4 1) or on other stack units to make it 2 High (to print 2 2), 3 High( to print 3 3) or 4 High (to print 4 4) configurations for multicolor printing on both sides.

To aid the production of multi color high quality printing Ronald stack units have special advantage.

» Unit Reel Stand / Reel Stand

The reel stand is an integral part of the mono unit. However, freestanding and independent reel stands are also available. It is equipped with manually adjustable wooden brakes and a dancing roller with spring tension control. Governor roller control tension with adjustable tension level. It is equipped with convenient hand wheel for side lay adjustment and centering of paper roll.

» Accessories

To meet different power requirements depending on the configuration of each machine, D.C. drives of varying capacities are available. The standard range includes 20HP, 30HP, 60HP, 75HP and 100HP. For low capacity drives of 20HP and 30HP, rectifier panels are used whereas for higher capacities, thyristor panels are used which can be further synchronized in multiples, for higher power requirements.
